My childhood and early adult years were spent in the hills of Eastern Kentucky near the three forks of the Kentucky River.
Photography is my passion. I am a self taught photographer with my formal training in art and composition at Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Kentucky.
My husband and I now reside in Falmouth, Kentucky where we plan to spend our retirement years doing photography and woodworking.
I am a member of the Kentucky Guild of Artists and Craftsmen (KGAC). My photography can be purchased at the Kentucky Artisan Center, at various KGAC fairs or by contacting me at 859-298-9596.
In everyday life and travels I see my surroundings as “Paintings”. Each photograph is a study in color, light, shadow and emotion. My passion is capturing these photographic “Paintings" and applying artistic touches digitally to produce works of art filled with the emotion of the time and place visited.
Images are printed on professional acid free papers using archival inks. The finest materials available were used to produce this work of art insuring its longevity for many generations.
